🪟 Independent Contractor Opportunity – Window Cleaning

Let The Light Shine Through is currently partnering with independent window cleaning contractors in Draper, Sandy, Salt Lake County, and surrounding Utah areas. We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, and consistently deliver spotless results for customers.

Project Responsibilities

  • Clean residential and commercial windows using professional tools and safe cleaning techniques
  • Remove dirt, grime, and hard-water buildup from glass surfaces
  • Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment
  • Communicate professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Follow all safety guidelines when working on ladders or elevated areas
  • Prior window cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred (but not required — guidance provided)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Capable of standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
  • Dependable, professional, and self-motivated

💰 Compensation

  • Independent contractors typically earn 20–35% of each completed job, depending on size and complexity
  • Earnings are project-based, not hourly or salaried
  • Contractor payments are issued weekly for completed and approved work
  • Bonus available for helping secure new clients

  • Set their own schedules and may accept or decline projects offered
