Let The Light Shine Through – Window Cleaning Services
Honest Pricing & Service Guarantee
At Let The Light Shine Through, we believe in clear, consistent, and honest pricing. Once we agree on a service rate, that rate is locked in for life as long as:
- You maintain your chosen cleaning schedule (weekly, every two weeks, or every four weeks)
- You do not change your service frequency or place your account on pause
If either occurs, your rate may be adjusted to reflect your new service level or schedule.
Quotes & Scheduling
- All quotes are valid for 45 days from the date issued.
- Services are scheduled based on a 28-day month for recurring plans. Depending on workload or weather, cleanings may occur 1–2 days earlier or later than the scheduled date.
- We do our best to maintain consistent service times and will always communicate changes promptly.
Weather Policy
If it rains within 24 hours of your window cleaning, and your windows show visible spotting or streaking as a result, please contact us within 24 hours for a courtesy touch-up cleaning.
Calls made after 24 hours may be subject to a small service fee.
Promotions & Price Matching
- To qualify for our “beat any price” offer, a customer must provide a written quote from a licensed competitor that has been in business for at least one year.
- The competitor’s quote must match the same level of service being requested.
- Price matching applies only to window washing services (not add-ons like screen or track cleaning).
Payment & Billing
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- We accept cash, check, or approved electronic payments.
- Late payments may incur a small service or administrative fee.
Quality Commitment
We stand by the quality of our work. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service and we’ll make it right.
